Plastic Prototypes
With seven printers each with different setups, the possibilities are endless when it comes to prototyping We prototype using the following plastic materials:

- Polycarbonate (PC)
- Polycarbonate / ABS blend (PC-ABS)
Rubber Prototypes
Four of the seven 3D printers we have are set up with the capability to print using various flexible filaments. Flexible materials we print with often:
- Ninja-Flex
- Ninja-Tek Semiflex
- N-gen pro flex
Specialty Materials
Dielectric and magnetic properties can be varied in special cases using custom formulations with conductive carbon nanotubes. We use special filaments, including ones we mix ourselves, to changes these properties to fit customer requirements.
